Management

Kyle Bommarito, PE
Project Engineer

I started at GSB as a summer intern, without knowing I was about to take the first steps towards my future career. Over the past 18 years, I participated in a wide array of projects throughout many northern California counties, ascending from a Field Engineer to Project Manager. Experience ranges from new bridges to seismic retrofits, soldier pile retaining walls and one rock shed.  Several projects were the first of their kind in California. I am a licensed Civil Engineer.  At Golden State Bridge, our team values forming strong partnerships on every project, building trust with contract owners, and minimizing the need for facilitated dispute resolution practices.

Jordan Decker
Project Engineer

I graduated from the University of Reno, Nevada with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  I have been in the heavy civil construction industry for 5 years+. Since day one on the job with Golden State Bridge, I knew that this was where I belonged.

Ryan Hagen
Project Manager

I joined Golden State Bridge in 2006 after graduating from Stanford University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in several roles within the company, gaining broad experience in bridge construction and project delivery.  Today, I serve as a Project Manager and Estimator, focusing on project planning, cost estimating, and helping lead projects from early development through completion.

Evan Huber, PE
Project Manager

I have worked in heavy civil construction since 2016. I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a BS in Civil Engineering and now am a Licensed Civil Engineer in the state of California. Currently, I work as a project manager on public works projects for Caltrans and/or City and Local governments. I enjoy the California sun and the Sierra Nevada mountain snow.

Mike MacLeod, PE
Project Manager

I joined GSB as an intern in 2011 while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and joined Golden State Bridge full-time in 2012. Since then, I have progressed through multiple project roles and currently serve as a Project Manager. I am a Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) and a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), and I hold a CSLB Class A General Engineering Contractor license and a Hazardous Substance Removal and Remedial Actions certification.

Kelly Riccitiello
Controller

After an 8 year career in public accounting working with construction companies on audits, I transitioned into the construction industry joining Golden State Bridge in 2021 as the Controller.  I work closely with Ann Talbot, CFO, and assist with day-to-day accounting needs as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
